You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase on the site.
When making an order, you are responsible for ensuring that ALL entered information in your order is correct.

The website, artwork and all related materials are owned by Rebelform. No material from the site may be copied or used without written consent from us.

Appearance of products on photos. 

We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible. Colors on prints can also differ from order to order as they are printed on different machines that are calibrated differently. Also note that no frame comes with prints. 

FORCE MAJEURE

We are exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain 
obligations in this agreement if the failure is based on
extenuating circumstances as set out below and the circumstance
makes performance difficult, prevents or delays. Such extenuating
circumstances shall be considered to include, among others,
government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor
market conflict, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or
major accident. Force majeure also includes decisions by
authorities that negatively affect the market and products,
such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

Return Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal under Swedish Law (Distance Selling Act)

Under the Distance Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the item.

Due to the custom made nature of these products, returns are not encouraged but possible.

However, exceptions apply to products that are:

  • Custom-made or personalized, such as products with prints chosen by you. Since our products are made to order specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these.

2. Return Conditions

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • There is an error on our part, such as the wrong product or print.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us at [email address] within 14 days of receiving the item.
  2. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clear.
    Attach clear photos of the damage or error.  

  3. We will respond with information on how to return the item (if necessary).

You will send the item within 3 days of confirmation of the return from us.
- You are responsible for shipping, return shipping, delivery and condition of the products on return, the products should therefore be in mint condition, shipped in a traceable manner, well packaged and in original packaging if possible. In the amount of the refund, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.

  •  For defective products (manufacturing, printing or shipping damage), we cover the return shipping cost. You must always contact us before returning a defective item as soon as you have discovered the defect.

3. Delivery and Delays

  • Our products are made to order and shipped directly from our suppliers. The estimated delivery time is [insert time, e.g., 7–14 business days].
  • In case of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Order Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations if production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

5. Complaints (Consumer Purchase Act)

You have the right to file a complaint about a product within 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act if there is an original defect in the item (wear and tear does not count!). To make a complaint:

  1. Send an email to [email address] with a description of the problem and photos showing the defect.
  2. If the complaint is approved, you may choose between a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

6. GDPR and Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

  • We collect and process only the information necessary to manage your order and delivery (e.g., name, address, and payment details).
  • Your information is shared only with our suppliers and shipping partners for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
  • You have the right to:
    • Access the personal data we have about you.
    • Request correction or deletion of your data.

7. Unfetched items

If you fail to pick up your order and it is returned by the postal company, we charge a fee of 200 SEK to orders outside of Sweden. The fee is necessary for us to cover shipping and handling costs that arise.

We have the right to correct/change faulty descriptions, prices etc. on the site at any time.

Who has designed these patterns and illustrations?
All products in this shop are designed by me, Rebecca Elfast. Read more in the About section. 

I want a custom colorway/ special edition?
Contact me with your query and we will see what we can do!

How long does it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is usually 5-15 business days. Each item is made to order so allow for shipping time to vary depending on the supplier and destination. Allow for extra time around holidays! 

What does shipping cost? 
Shipping is free on orders over SEK 500 within the European Union. For international orders, different shipping rates apply. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if my product is damaged upon delivery?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Can I get a refund for a custom-made product?
Refunds are only offered if the product is defective or if we made an error in the order.

What is your sustainability policy?
I prioritize high quality products that are made in natural materials, so that you will use and love it for a long time and recycle it when it has lived a long happy life. 
Since all my products are made on demand, nothing is produced until someone places an order.

My cushions arrived horribly wrinkly, what do I do?
Worry not. The included filler is very well stuffed and the cushion will poof right up once you remove it from its packaging!
